We are currently hiring a Line Lead based out of Brandon Airport. This is a unionized position and governed by the local Collective Agreement.

What do Line Leads do? As a certified screening officer, a Line Lead will be an operational leader when a manger is not present. Screening Officers will report into the Line Lead at an operational level, and into Regional Managers at an administrative level. Line Leads will:

Provide advanced customer service to passengers
Maintain and apply occupational first aid
Oversee operations escalations, including initiating emergency response procedures, notifying stakeholders and facilitating alarm resolution
Participate in consumable inventory oversight as directed by PASS management
Liaise with PASS management on operational anomalies and maintain continuity
Other duties as required

What you bring to PASS:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to obtain Frist Aid certification
Attention to detail
Required to attend, participate, maintain and successfully pass CATSA Line Lead training and PASS specific Line Lead training
