Security Site Manager - Salaried

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Site Manager to lead operations at a major facility in Inwood, WV. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ security professionals and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, supervise, and support a team of 30+ security officers
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes
• Ensure full coverage of all posts and maintain operational readiness
• Train officers on post orders, site-specific procedures, and security protocols
• Enforce compliance with company policies and client expectations
• Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development
• Maintain strong communication with client representatives and leadership
• Respond to incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security management or a similar leadership role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience managing schedules, payroll, and staffing logistics
• Ability to train and mentor security personnel
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and compliance standards
• Prior experience managing large teams (30+ employees preferred)
• Must be qualified to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
• Must meet all West Virginia state requirements to work as a security officer, including successfully passing a background check
