Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Security Officers on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026, from 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Meet with Hiring Managers for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex positions across various shifts in the Sandy and Salt Lake City, Utah areas.

Various days and shifts are available with a pay range of $20.00–$23.00/hr -paid weekly. Pay rates will be discussed in more detail during the hiring event.

Requirements:

• Must have or be able to obtain a Utah Guard License.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work holidays, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to assess situations, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.

Security Officers may perform a variety of duties as outlined in Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Officers are expected to become knowledgeable of site requirements and respond quickly and professionally in all situations.
