Cleaner / Janitor – Houston, TX

Location: Houston, TX

Shift: 7AM – 7PM (Schedule TBD; rotating shifts as needed)

Pay: $15.89/hour

Requirement: Valid TWIC Card required

About the Role:We are hiring dependable Cleaners/Janitors to maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role is essential to daily operations and requires reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Report maintenance issues or hazards
• Support team with additional cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Valid TWIC Card
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work in dusty environments
• Comfortable working long hours (currently 7 days/week, 12-hour shifts; not permanent, days off can be arranged)
• Ability to use a radio (walkie-talkie) for communication
• Flexible to occasionally rotate shifts
• Strong work ethic, teamwork, and time management skills
