Job Description:Guard-Systems, Inc. is hiring a Graveyard Front Desk Unarmed Security Officer for a high-rise residential property in Downtown Los Angeles.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, and professional with strong people skills. This position is ideal for an officer who can provide a welcoming front desk presence while also staying alert and proactive during overnight hours.

This is an important post that requires both customer service and active patrol work. Officers must be comfortable interacting with residents, monitoring building activity, and completing patrols throughout the property.

Schedule:Saturday - Tuesday12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional front desk presence
• Greet and assist residents and visitors
• Monitor access control and building activity
• Conduct routine patrols throughout the property
• Complete floor riser patrols, including all 32 floors, at least once per shift
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity
