Role Summary
The Senior Vice President, Canada is the executive leader responsible for the strategy, performance, and growth of our Canadian operations. This role oversees national service delivery, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance across all provinces where we operate, with particular oversight of British Columbia, Ontario, and Québec. This leader will scale our Canadian presence, ensure we meet provincial private security agency requirements, and build a high-performing operational culture that delivers exceptional client outcomes while driving profitable growth. This Leader has to be flexible to travel to British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead all Canadian operations with full accountability for service quality, operational KPIs, workforce performance, and client retention.
- Build and strengthen operational processes, workforce management, and quality standards across provinces.
- Implement scalable operating models that support current business and future expansion.
- Oversee vendor performance, cost, and regulatory fitness.
- Partner with executive leadership and business development teams to grow Canadian market share.
- Support RFP responses with operational design, pricing inputs, and provincial compliance strategy.
- Identify opportunities for operational expansion, including Québec establishment buildout and BC/ON scaling.
- Own full P&L accountability for the Canadian business, including revenue performance, direct costs, gross margin, and EBITDA contribution.
- Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to develop annual operating plans, multi-year forecasts, and budget assumptions aligned to strategic growth initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- Translate financial insights into operational actions, ensuring decisions are grounded in data, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
Regulatory & Licensing Accountability
- This SVP is ultimately accountable for ensuring the company meets all requirements under:
- BC Security Programs Division
- Ontario Private Security and Investigative Services Branch (PSISB)
- Québec Bureau de la Sécurité Privée (BSP)
- Ensuring licenses remain active and renewed on schedule
- Maintaining required insurance, bonds, corporate documents, and provincial registrations
- Ensuring all regulatory standards are met.

Key Qualifications
- 10–15+ years leading large-scale operations in Canada (physical security, facilities, or related industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations across multiple provinces
- Strong P&L leadership experience
- Experience in a regulated environment; familiarity with BC/ON/QC private security requirements is an asset
- Proven success managing multi-province teams and operational infrastructure
- Bilingual English/French preferred
- Ability to travel inter-provincially regularly
