The Site Supervisor partners closely with the General Manager and Human Resources to ensure seamless communication, operational excellence, and full compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements. This role oversees client site management, key operational procedures, and the effective use of tools such as statements of work, recruiting plans, and Microsoft Office applications to drive high-quality service delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee security site operations and ensure all customer contract requirements within the Guarding division are met.
- Execute operational processes and training initiatives while upholding corporate standards and procedures.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard employees to meet client staffing needs.
- Establish and maintain employee schedules, ensuring all positions are fully covered.
- Manage last-minute staffing adjustments, including call-offs and time-off requests.
- Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
- Provide clear direction through consistent communication and documentation.
- Issue corrective actions when necessary and recognize employees for exceptional performance.
- Meet regularly with clients to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
- Prepare reports, conduct investigations, respond to inquiries, and maintain required documentation.
- Follow all safety rules and immediately report hazardous or unsafe conditions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on client or management needs.
