REQUIREMENTS:
Master Security is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Support Associate to support daily operations and assist applicants throughout the hiring workflow
The criteria include:
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions)
- Reliable and functional transportation (public transportation not accepted)
- Possession of a valid full driver’s license
- Ownership of a working cell phone for communication with office staff
- Familiarity with mobile technology (tablets, smartphones, etc.)
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, OneDrive, and Adobe
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive applicant information
- Professional, dependable, and punctual work ethic
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods as needed
- Ability to lift light items (documents, supply boxes, fingerprint equipment, etc.)
- Ability to learn and follow state fingerprinting procedures and office guidelines
