Armed Security Supervisor - Seasonal

Location: Morgantown, WV

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Varies | All days | All shifts

Position Overview

We are currently hiring for a Seasonal Armed Security Supervisor position in Morgantown, WV. Safety is our #1 top priority, and we are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in armed security, law enforcement, or military service, who also has prior supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will oversee armed security personnel, maintain a safe and secure environment, and ensure that all operations are conducted professionally and in compliance with site policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage armed security personnel on site
• Maintain a visible armed security presence
• Monitor premises and deter criminal activity
• Prioritize safety in all actions and decisions
• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents or emergencies
• Enforce site policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Complete detailed and accurate incident and supervisor reports
• Provide professional interaction with clients, employees, and the public
• Mentor and guide security staff to ensure compliance with operational standards

Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Maintain alertness and readiness throughout shift

Minimum Qualifications

Applicant must be able to pass:

• Background check
• Drug screen
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check

Applicant MUST:

• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Possess a valid Concealed Carry Permit
• Have a minimum of 5 years of armed experience (law enforcement, military, or security)
• Have prior security supervisor experience

Equipment Requirements (Applicant Must Provide)

• Duty belt
• Minimum Level 2 retention holster
• Firearm
• Concealed vest (optional)
