Brownstone Security is seeking professional On-Call / Special Event Unarmed Security Officers to support retail locations, logistics and distribution facilities, and special events.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, as-needed scheduling in dynamic environments. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and professional atmosphere for staff, clients, visitors, and guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-visibility security presence at assigned locations.
• Monitor and control access points.
• Conduct foot patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Observe, document, and report unusual or suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with employees, vendors, visitors, and guests.
• Collaborate effectively with Brownstone Security team members and client personnel.
• Complete required reports using company-provided digital reporting systems.
• Follow site-specific post orders and Brownstone Security policies and procedures.

 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Security Guard Permit as required by state law
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to various job locations
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain alert for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior security experience (retail, logistics, distribution, or event security preferred)
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of basic access control procedures
