Position Overview

Allstate Security is seeking dependable and professional FLEX Officers to support multiple sites throughout the Oceanside. This position requires flexibility and the ability to cover varying shifts and locations based on operational needs. Officers must be adaptable, reliable, and prepared to respond to scheduling requests on short notice.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of assigned properties
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence
• Monitor entrances and control access as required
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
• Address unauthorized or disruptive individuals professionally
• De-escalate situations calmly and effectively
• Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio
• Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
• Follow site-specific post orders and company policies

Required Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
