We are seeking a reliable, observant, and professional Parking Enforcement Security Officer to join our security team. This Officer is responsible for controlling and monitoring vehicle access to a commercial property parking area. This role ensures that only authorised vehicles affiliated with designated tenants are permitted entry. The officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors and must enforce access control protocols in a professional, consistent, and non-confrontational manner. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively to incidents. 

1. Access Control & Vehicle Screening

• Stationed at the designated parking lot checkpoint from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Position outside of assigned vehicle while posted and maintain high-visibility presence.
• Stop every vehicle attempting to enter the parking lot.
• Politely greet each driver and conduct mandatory verbal screening.
• Require drivers to identify which authorized tenant they are visiting.
• Permit entry only to vehicles associated with approved tenants.
• Deny entry to unauthorised vehicles in a calm, professional, and non-escalatory manner.
• Ensure patrol vehicles are maintained in clean, operational condition.
• Uphold company policies, safety procedures, and client standards at all times.

Qualifications: 

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
• Valid PPSB Unarmed Security license (preferred).
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military (preferred).
• Strong observational and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
