TriCorps Security is hiring professional and motivated Armed Level III Security Officers to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. Applicants must hold a valid Texas PSB Level III License (Armed Security Officer) and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

As a TriCorps officer, you will play a vital role in protecting employees, visitors, and property while maintaining a professional presence and delivering exceptional service. This position requires attentiveness, effective communication, and the ability to respond confidently to any situation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to client properties, ensuring authorized entry and maintaining security standards.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors while representing TriCorps with professionalism.
• Enforce site-specific rules, regulations, and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or security incidents, coordinating with management or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential security risks and address safety concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports detailing daily activities, incidents, and observations.
• Support management and client directives to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
