International Guard Services is hiring individuals to monitor and control access to client property.

Applicants must pass a drug and background test and have reliable transportation to and from job locations. Max of 35-hour workweek, but not consecutive.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Controls traffic by directing drivers.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, and occurrences; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Following instructions of manager and client to help provide the best service.
• Must appear, dress, and act professionally
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift (8-12 hrs)
• Must continually be aware of his or her surroundings
• Must be articulate in verbal and written form
• Must practice good judgment in stressful situations
• Must be able to interact with people and problem solve
