Now Hiring: Field Training Officer (FTO) $17-$18 / Hour

Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Field Training Officer (FTO) to provide direct supervision, training, and operational support in the field. This role ensures our officers remain professional, prepared, and compliant with company standards while maintaining strong client confidence.


Key Responsibilities

Supervision & Communication

  • Support and guide officers in the field under management direction.
  • Act as a direct resource for officers, reinforcing policies and procedures.

Post Coverage & Emergency Response

  • Respond immediately to call-offs, no-shows, or urgent site needs.
  • Cover or coordinate relief for vacant posts.
  • Notify Account Managers of staffing changes as needed.

Training & Inspections

  • Conduct unannounced site visits to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Enforce documentation practices: “Write it down, don’t say it.”
  • Review and sign off on pass-down logs.

Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance

  • Perform daily inspections and routine upkeep of FTO vehicles.
  • Maintain cleanliness, fuel levels, and operational readiness.
  • Handle minor golf cart upkeep (tires, batteries, lights, etc.).

Field Operations

  • Travel between multiple sites during shifts (average 50–175 miles/day).
  • Monitor officer performance, professionalism, and site conditions.
  • Verify equipment and site readiness.


Minimum Requirements

  • Must be 25 years or older.
  • Clean MVR and successful completion of driver safety training.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Willingness to sign a non-compete agreement.
  • Successful completion of the FTO Training Program.

Level 2 Security License
