Hourly Rate: $20 per hour

Available Shift Schedules: 

Saturday and Sunday

8am-4pm

1. Professional appearance – clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.
2. Service-oriented mindset – polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.
3. Strong communication skills – clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
4. Situational awareness & discretion – understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.
5. Reliability & consistency – dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
• Strong Observational Skills: The ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
• Communication Skills: communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
• Conflict Resolution Skills: De-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
• Customer Service Experience required
• Valid CT Guard Card 
• High school diploma or Transcripts
