Nationwide Guard Services is seeking a driven and highly organized Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our rapidly growing sales organization. This is a high-impact inside sales role in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, focused on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and pipeline development for our Outside Sales team.
The SDR will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives in a collaborative, in-office setting to maintain a strong and consistent flow of qualified opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on activity, values teamwork, and is motivated by contributing directly to revenue growth and sales momentum.
This position is based in our Rancho Cucamonga, California office and offers a strong entry point into a long-term sales career with a dynamic organization that values performance, development, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification
• Execute outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Research target accounts and decision-makers within assigned territories
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads based on budget, authority, need, and timing
• Identify prospective needs and align them with Nationwide’s security solutions
Appointment Setting & Sales Support
• Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Outside Sales Representatives
• Maintain consistent follow-up to drive engagement and opportunity progression
• Support Outside Sales by keeping pipelines accurate, active, and well-documented
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting
CRM, Reporting & Collaboration
• Accurately track all activity, notes, and lead statuses in Salesforce
• Manage follow-up tasks and opportunity handoffs
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership on targeted outreach initiatives
• Participate in ongoing training and contribute ideas to improve outreach effectiveness
Qualifications & Skills
Required
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment-setting roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong organization, time management, and self-motivation
Preferred
• B2B sales experience, particularly in services-based or security-related industries
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
• Experience supporting outside or field sales teams
