Role:  

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily security operations at a designated site, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets.

Minimum Qualifications:  

• Must be 21 years of age or older 
• Must have or obtain a Valid Security License as required by the state licensing authority.
• 1+ Years experience in Security, Military or Law enforcement 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

Security Patrol & Monitoring 

• Conduct regular walking patrols to ensure safety and identify security concerns 
• Monitor facility access points and verify credentials of individuals 
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents using established protocols  

Security Operations & Compliance 

• Enforce security procedures as outlined in Security Post Instructions 
• Lock/unlock doors, activate/deactivate security systems, and monitor surveillance feeds 
• Inform and ensure compliance with SEI and Client policies (e.g., smoking, loitering, parking violations) 

Reporting & Communication 

• Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations 
• Communicate effectively with workforce, clients, and management 
• Present a professional appearance in a clean and pressed uniform  

Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes 

Team Oversight & Support 

• Provide guidance and support to officers 
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and customer service standards 
• Assist in scheduling and shift coverage as needed  

Client & Incident Management 

• Act as point of contact for client concerns and escalations 
• Review incident reports and ensure proper documentation 

Required Skills & Abilities: 

Minimum:

• Strong written, electronic, and oral communication skills 
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and/or priorities simultaneously 
• Must have great customer service skills.

Preferred:

• 1+ years Supervisory and Customer Service experience  

Minimum Physical Requirements:  

• Stand at least 1 hour without support or a break 
• Walk a minimum of ½ mile without stopping 

Education:

• Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
