Northeast security is seeking a few Shift Managers for one of our premiere Accounts in the area of Boston, MA
**Must be available to be on call 24/7. Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually**
WAGE/SALARY: $31.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: 40 hours - Will vary for days and scheduled hours based off needs so candidate must have open availability with either first and second shift or second shift and overnight.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:
· High School Diploma Required
· Bachelor’s degree Preferred
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The individual must be able to read and interpret documents such as company policy, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals relative to the Boston Properties account and Northeast Security. The individual must be able to write routine reports and correspondence such as Performance Evaluations, Employee Performance Reports, Inspection and Training Forms, and correspondence directed at external and internal elements of the account; e.g., Senior Account Manager, Office Division Account Manager. The individual must be able to speak clearly and effectively over the telephone, and in one-on-one and group conversations with employees and clients.
EXPERIENCE:
· 8 years of security experience
· 3 years supervisory experience
· 1 years Scheduling and Administration Experience
· 12 months of continual assignment time at the Prudential Center Account (internal candidates only)
REASONING ABILITY:
The individual must be able to apply common sense and understanding to situations and be able to deal with several issues simultaneously. The individual must be capable of understanding written and verbal instructions with a minimum of direct supervision. The individual must possess the ability to assimilate information from multiple sources to arrive at a course of action that is supportive of the basic operating procedures of Northeast Security.
