Job Title: Unarmed Patrol/Response Officer
Location: Henderson areas
Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday

10pm-6am

Pay: $19.50 per hour 

• MUST have 3-5 years exp minimum

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and safely in a company-assigned patrol vehicle to alarms, disturbances, and active incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate actions to mitigate risks.
• Monitor for suspicious behavior, potential hazards, or breaches while maintaining a visible presence.
• Document observations, incidents, and actions through detailed reports and logs.
• Coordinate with team members and, when required, local authorities to resolve issues.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and personal readiness for patrol duties.
• Contribute to a safe environment by identifying and reporting unsafe conditions or vulnerabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• MUST have at least 2 years of patrol experience in security.
• MUST have a valid Nevada PILB guard card
• MUST have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
• MUST be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• MUST be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly to incidents
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle pressure and uncertainty while maintaining emotional control.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with the public and writing reports.
• High level of integrity, dependability, and objectivity to uphold ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
