Position: Mobile Patrol Guard

Site: Paladin Security Office
Site Address: 18-1100 Dearness Drive, London, ON, N6E 1N9
Status: Casual / On-call

Hours: Monday-Sunday (1600-0000, 0000-0800, 2000-0730)

Pay Rate: $18.35/hr

Overtime Method: Averaging Agreement – calculated after 88 hours bi-weekly

Posting Date: December 15th, 2025

Internal Closing Date: December 19th, 2025

External Closing Date: January 15th, 2026

Requirements:

Must possess a valid G Class license.
Must provide a clean drivers abstract. No convictions and no demerits in the last 3 years.
Valid Ontario Security License
Previous security experience is an asset
Post Secondary education in a Law Enforcement/Security program from a recognized college preferred
Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact and diplomacy
First Aid, CPR Level C
Completion of Paladin Mobile Patrol Training Program (LMS Courses)
Legally authorized to work in Canada

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Completing patrols
Responding to alarms and service calls
Conducting property inspections
Reporting any issues or concerns
