Join Our Team – Rover Security Officer for High-Profile Property

We are seeking a professional and reliable Rover Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious high-rise office property. This dynamic position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and professional atmosphere of the site.

The Rover Officer provides patrol coverage throughout the property—including parking areas, exterior perimeters, and interior floors—and also serves as relief coverage for other officers during breaks or absences. This position requires excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to de-escalate situations while following all site procedures and company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and consistent patrols of garages, exterior perimeters, and internal floors
• Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring only authorized individuals enter
• Provide relief and coverage for other officers during breaks or shift changes
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance
• Maintain accurate and detailed reports of patrols, incidents, and daily activity
• Communicate effectively with team members, site management, and building personnel
• Uphold all security policies, post orders, and standard operating procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional security role, preferably in a commercial or high-rise environment
• MUST live within 20 miles of site - 77079
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor - NO NECK, FACE OR BELOW THE WRIST TATTOS
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus, but not required
