We are seeking a highly dependable and experienced Field Security Supervisor to oversee overnight operations across multiple client locations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day performance throughout San Antonio, including supervising, mentoring, training, and when necessary, disciplining security officers working various shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily operations for assigned sites, ensuring all security officers follow company policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Conduct site visits, relieve officers when needed, fill open shifts, deliver necessary paperwork, and complete detailed written reports daily, (At the end of each shift)
• Communicate issues, concerns, and updates promptly to the appropriate leadership personnel.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build, strengthen, and maintain positive working relationships with both employees and clients.
• Assist in training, and retaining quality security personnel.
• Provide coaching, corrective action, and performance feedback to officers as needed.

Client Service & Problem Solving

• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and site personnel.
• Coordinate support services and resolve issues to ensure each account runs efficiently and professionally.

Emergency & After-Hours Response

• Provide after-hours, support and respond to emergencies when required.

Perform Security Officer Duties as necessary to support operations or fill critical coverage needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of security experience required.
• Military leadership experience, contract security, facilities management, or law enforcement background is a plus.
• At least 2 years of supervisory, operations, or business management experience preferred.

Licensing & Driving Requirements

• Must be between the ages of 25 - 65 years old (insurance requirement for operating company vehicles).
• Must have held a valid Texas Driver’s License for at least 3 years, with a clean driving record.
• Must meet and maintain all Texas PSB licensing requirements for Non-Commissioned Security Officers, including successful completion of a criminal background check.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Skilled in handling multiple priorities, managing complex situations, and supervising diverse teams.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure or during crisis situations.
• Adequate hearing and visual acuity to gather information and safely operate vehicles, including nighttime driving.

Must be capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as walking, standing for long periods, climbing, lifting, bending, and other full-body movements as required by the job.
