Disciplinary Officer – A&H Security
A&H Security is a leading provider of professional security services, committed to protecting people, property, and businesses. We are seeking a capable and dedicated Disciplinary Officer to help maintain policy compliance, strengthen accountability, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism across our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct timely and thorough investigations into employee misconduct.
- Recommend and administer disciplinary actions in a fair, consistent, and documented manner.
- Maintain accurate reports, case files, and investigation summaries.
- Work closely with HR and management to ensure alignment on policy enforcement.
- Support conflict resolution efforts and provide guidance to supervisors.
- Assist with training employees on policies, expectations, and corrective-action procedures.
- Regularly review patterns of conduct to identify trends and recommend preventive solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a disciplinary, HR, supervisory, or compliance-focused role (security industry preferred).
- Working knowledge of 32BJ union rules, standards, and disciplinary procedures strongly preferred.
- Previous security guard experience or familiarity with security operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong investigative ability with a firm understanding of due process and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
- Strong report-writing skills and proficiency in preparing detailed documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, supervisors, and management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
