Now Hiring Security Site Supervisor-Conshohocken, PA

DSI Security Services is expanding, and we’re looking for a dedicated Security Site Supervisor to join our team in West Chester, PA. Be part of a diverse and inclusive workplace that values exceptional customer service and recognizes that its greatest asset is our employees.

Pay:

$24.00/hour

Available Schedules:

Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure all security personnel are performing duties effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact between DSI and the client.
Conduct post inspections and ensure compliance with site-specific procedures.
Train, mentor, and support security officers on site.
Handle incident reports, shift scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to site activity and personnel.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pre-Employment Requirements:

Must be at least?18 years old.
1-3 years of Supervisor experience
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must have reliable transportation and communication.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
