The Off Duty or Retired Law Enforcement roles are ideal for those seeking flexible scheduling and premium compensation, with rates starting at $40 per hour within metro Chicagoland and competitive wages within collar counties and throughout the state. Officers bring their advanced training, professionalism, and command presence to ensure safety in high-trust environments. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

The concierge will be responsible for:

• Provide high-end concierge services, including ensuring that all client requests are handled efficiently, with attention to detail and professionalism.
• Offering exceptional customer service to everyone who visits the location.
• Multi-tasking in an office setting including site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which include customer service, lobby/visitor reception.
• Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations. 
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  Coordinate with other security personnel, building management, and concierge staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
•  Foster a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
  Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and security teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  Address concerns or issues promptly, providing solutions while balancing both the guest experience and security protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of  8 years of customer experience.
• Strong customer service and professionalism skills. 
• Preferred PERC Card 
• Preferred 20 Hour certificate
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
