Job Summary

We are hiring Unarmed Security Officers for full-time and part-time positions across all shifts. Candidates must have an active DCJS license and a valid driver’s license. This position involves working in a community and gated environment, performing foot patrol, and delivering excellent customer service. Ideal for candidates seeking steady, long-term security work.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Monday–Sunday | Flexible scheduling | Full-time & Part-time openings

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular foot patrols throughout the community

• Monitor gates, entrances, and access control points

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors

• Respond to incidents and prepare clear, detailed incident reports

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity

• Enforce property rules, safety procedures, and company policies

• Work professionally with residents, management, and vendors
