Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Full-Time Security Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for overseeing daily security operations within a community and gated setting. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and support team members as needed

• Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the property

• Monitor access points and ensure all community and gated protocols are followed

• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted activity

• Respond to incidents, write detailed reports, and communicate with management

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors

• Enforce company policies, site rules, and safety procedures

• Ensure compliance with all DCJS regulations and company standards
