Luxury Retail Security Officer – High-End Environment

Location: McLean, VA - Tysons Corner

Officer Type: Luxury Retail (Unarmed)

Uniform: Suit provided
Requirements: Active DCJS License

Pay Rate: $24 per hour
Schedule:

• Mon–Sat: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sun: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a professional Luxury Retail Security Officer to join our team in a high-end retail environment. The ideal candidate will have prior security experience—preferably in luxury retail or other upscale settings—and a polished, customer-focused demeanor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors
• Provide exceptional customer service while monitoring the sales floor
• Deter theft, respond to incidents, and follow established security protocols
• Represent the brand with professionalism and poise
• Communicate effectively with store management and security leadership

Qualifications

• Prior security experience required; luxury/high-end retail experience strongly preferred
• Active DCJS license required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, clean appearance suitable for an upscale retail setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and remain attentive
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work the full posted schedule
