We are seeking a professional and reliable On-Call / Casual Security Guard to join our team in North Vancouver. The successful candidate will work with a dynamic team of security professionals to ensure the safety, security, and positive experience of all visitors and tenants on site.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
• Patrol the property regularly to deter unauthorized activity and ensure safety.
• Monitor for security breaches, hazards, or suspicious behavior.
• Respond to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, and other urgent situations.
• Complete accurate and detailed incident and activity reports using company software.
• Follow established site procedures and maintain communication with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• BST Required, AST Preferred
• OFA Level 1 Required, OFA Level 2 Preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, dependable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Able to patrol and stand for extended periods.
• Previous experience in security or customer service is an asset.
• Must be available for on-call/casual shifts, including evenings and weekends.
