• Work with all segments of the organization concentrating on our Security Personnel to analyze training needs and incorporate those needs into a successful training plan which may be used throughout the company
• Conduct orientation classes with all new hires
• Deliver training programs, learning and development services and specialized workshops to meet the needs of new/existing employees and other business associates of Gateway Group One
• Act as a consultant to management regarding learning and development needs; provide coaching and feedback on management, collaboration, career development, and other professional skills
• Research alternative learning delivery methods, recommending and implementing programs which will meet Gateway Group One’s learning and development needs
• Review current training programs and materials; maintain, making recommendations for new programs, and conduct these programs when requested
• Tracking participant evaluation, class attendance and program certification.
