Position Summary

The Security Officer plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, professional, and customer-focused environment. This position is responsible for consistent patrols, effective CCTV monitoring, and reliable front-desk presence. We need someone who shows up, owns their shift, and delivers steady, high-quality service without cutting corners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor CCTV systems and report suspicious activity or incidents immediately.
  • Manage lobby desk operations, including visitor check-ins and customer assistance.
  • Conduct scheduled patrols of the building, parking garage, and common areas.
  • Enforce all site policies, procedures, and post orders.
  • Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, and shift logs.
  • Communicate effectively with the Site Supervisor and Client Service Manager.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and customer service mindset.


Qualifications

  • Valid Level II Security License required.
  • Prior security experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Dependable, punctual, and comfortable following structured procedures.
  • Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
