Unity Building Security Inc. is seeking both and part time weekends FLSD for Commercial Building Setting The Fire Life Safety Director/Security positions will be responsible to for manage tenant and tenants guest access into the Building property. Lobby security personnel officers are often the first point of contact for visitors entering the building. FLSD are expected to manage all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, follow all security protocols for people and packages entering the building, and maintain the functionality of the lobby desk area.

Shifts that are available

Salary $27.00 to $30.00 per hour depending on location

Qualifications:

Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers including but not limited to:

• • Current New York State Security Guard License required
  • Current FLSD FDNY CoF F-89 Only
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow specified security protocols
  • Should have prior knowledge of or willing to learn security related software applications
  • Must be able to meet and continue to meet requirements for specific skills, certifications or authorizations specified for the assigned account.
  • Understanding of security operations.
  • Possess good oral and written communications skills.
  • Strong customer service and service delivery orientation.
  • Ability to interact effectively at various social levels and across diverse cultures.
