Security Site Supervisor

Location: Stamford, CT 
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $80,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a corporate security team. This individual will play a key leadership role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property while maintaining professional communication and collaboration across departments and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations to ensure site safety and compliance with company policies
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and shift coverage for all security personnel
• Maintain and monitor building access control systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate security matters and client communication
• Collaborate with vendors and internal support teams including Maintenance, Cafeteria, and Janitorial staff
• Conduct regular site inspections and incident reporting
• Provide leadership, training, and performance feedback to security staff
• Remain on call and respond promptly to emergencies or operational needs

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security supervision or related role (corporate environment preferred)
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic environments
• Proficiency with access control and security systems
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and overnights as required

Preferred Experience

• Prior corporate security experience
• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency procedures, and access control software
