Northeast Security is looking for Experienced Security Officers in Boston
Pay Rate:
$21.20
Open Shifts:
Fridays and Saturdays - 11:00 pm - 7:00am

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches.
- Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity.
- Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
- Conduct foot patrols of the premises; including interior, exterior, and parking garage patrols.
- Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
- Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties.
- Oversee access control and create or deactivate access cards.
- Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
- Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior)
- Monitor CCTV security cameras.
- Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
- Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders.
- Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
- Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts.
- Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations.
- Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
- Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
- Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
- Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location.
- Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Requirements:
- Security Experience required.
- Customer Service Experience preferred.
