Armed Security Officer

Location: Hermitage, PA

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am-4pm

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, professional Armed Security Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong situational awareness, excellent judgment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public.

Requirements:

• Current ACT 235 Armed Certification (must be active and in good standing)
• Own firearm and required duty gear
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for prolonged periods
• Prior security or law-enforcement experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide armed security presence at assigned locations
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns
• Prepare accurate and timely incident reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Uphold all safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements
