We currently have an open position for Corporate Billing Lead located at our Spokane Corporate Office.

You will be responsible for processing client billing from time-sheets, tracking compliance, monthly audits and data/record maintenance, review contracts to insure accuracy. You will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable process: from data collection to invoicing to payment collection. This is a fast pace, multi-state, multi-company environment offering the ability to use your accounting experience in a practical way.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Excellent professional written communication
• Experience with at least one accounting software program and quick to learn new software.
• Knowledge of Job Costing and tracking
• At least 2 years working in an administrative/bookkeeping type position.
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP)
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to multi-task and take ownership of responsibilities

*Starting Wage $22-25 per hr / DOE
