United Security Inc. is searching for an experienced Security Director to support a local retail client in Des Moines, IA.
Security Director Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Maintaining all contractual responsibilities, goals, objectives, and functions
· Maintain contractually compliant master and operational schedules
· Provide operational reviews and reports on staffing, costs and personnel issues
· Tracking all compliance areas, including licensing, training and certifications.
· Must be able to work flexible hours when needed, liaise with all state, federal and local agencies
· Develop post orders, policies and plans in accordance with USI policy and the client representatives
· Conduct investigations, write reports, communicate to management and the client and maintain the incident reporting system.
· All candidates will be responsible for any other duties as related or as assigned by USI Management.
