??? Responsibilities
Armed Officers:
• Patrol assigned areas to identify and address safety or security risks
• Carry and responsibly manage lethal and less-lethal equipment for defensive and de-escalation purposes
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized access and criminal activity
• Respond promptly to reported incidents and emergencies
• Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents
• Document and monitor all visitors to the property
• Coordinate with law enforcement when necessary
• Build and maintain positive client relationships
• Accurately complete incident reports and other documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned
Unarmed Officers:
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure safety and security
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of visitors
• Observe and report suspicious activity
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members
• Assist in emergency response and evacuation procedures
• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
• Support law enforcement coordination when needed
• Uphold company standards and client expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned
?? Qualifications
Armed Security Officers:
• Valid BSIS Guard Card and Firearms Permit
• Must own a registered firearm (DROS must be in your name)
• Additional certifications preferred: Baton Permit, Pepper Spray Permit, CPR/First Aid
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Unarmed Security Officers:
• Valid BSIS Guard Card
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent observational and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
Absolute International Security (AIS) is a licensed Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Private Patrol Operator (State Lic. PPO 16302) that provides security services spanning the greater Los Angeles Area, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Due to our rapid growth and the increasing number of client accounts, we are now looking for professional BSIS-certified Security Officers to join our team. At-Will Employment

Job Offers and Contingencies
If your qualifications match our openings and you are made an offer of employment, all offers will be contingent upon the following conditions being met satisfactorily. Such contingencies must be met prior to commencing employment.

•Background and Criminal History Check (Under the California Fair Chance Act, you will receive an individualized assessment with an opportunity to respond to any records found.)

•Signed Acknowledgment of Receipt of Employee Policy and Procedure Manual
•Verification of Guard License and any additional applicable permits.

Failure to meet all contingencies satisfactorily will result in the offer of employment being rescinded. In the event that a candidate may be allowed to commence work while waiting for the results of the contingencies, the employment would terminate immediately if any of the above contingencies is not satisfied. Offers of employment must be in writing, signed, and authorized by Human Resources in order to be valid. Managers, office assistants, or supervisors are not authorized to make verbal job offers and if this was to occur, the offer would not be authorized or legitimate and should be reported to Human Resources as a violation of our policy.
