• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Respond to alarms and react to emergency situations promptly and effectively
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches
• Write detailed daily reports and incident reports as required
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Operate security systems, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
