The Security Guard is responsible for duties as a rover and console operator as assigned by the Security Manager and other duties as outlined in Post Orders. Responsibilities include conducting security check rounds in client buildings, checking designated classified safes and secure areas, manning the Proprietary/Fire Control Station, operation of the base station and access control of persons and/or property passes through building lobbies. Other duties include completing guard log entries, answering incoming calls, acknowledging alarms, monitoring radio traffic, and dispatching personnel.
