We currently have an opportunity for an Asset & Fleet/Property Assistant in the Spokane Valley Corporate Office. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment, plan and execute maintenance programs, communicate with vendors, assess and facilitate flat repairs.
Job Description:
This position will include a vital role in maintaining fleet of company vehicles and assets. Will work alongside other departments managers to ensure deliveries and distributions are made on time and the required vehicles are available and operating. Additionally, respond to and coordinate repair of company properties, commercial and residential. Handyman skills as well as building maintenance capabilities are needed and able to think outside the box.
Requirements:
- Verifiable experience w/vehicle repair (SUV, truck, primarily Toyota/Dodge)
- Motorcycle repair a plus, working knowledge of HVAC. plumbing, sprinkler, roofing helpful
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Must have a home office and be able to travel
