SSC, Inc. is currently recruiting for position above, but must be flexible in terms of days available. All candidates must have excellent customer service skills and have an impressive ability to communicate well with other. 

POSITION DUTIES: • Able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors • Access control • Inventory control • Customer service • Security patrols by foot and/or vehicle • Completion of daily security reports, incident reports, security logs, etc. • Critical incident response such as medical, fire, workplace violence, accident, etc. • Enforcement of safety regulations • Other duties assigned and required by site contract 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Must display exceptional customer service and communication skills • Be computer proficient • Read, understand and clearly speak English; constantly use speech and hearing in communicating with the public and co-workers, giving and receiving instructions • Possibility of working in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat • Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required • Must possess effective written and communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all types and levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines • Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting; may require computer skills • Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions • Active listening skills • High attention to detail 

QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or GED equivalent • 21 years of age or older • Two (2) or more years of previous Security, Military, or Law Enforcement Experience. • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing • Be able to pass a drug screen • Successfully pass a background check that includes personal references, criminal history, employment & education verification, DMV check and credit check if applicable • Have access to reliable transportation
