As one of the fastest-growing regional security companies along the east coast, we specialize in offering a comprehensive range of armed and unarmed officer solutions, cutting-edge security technology, and investigative services. We are currently expanding our footprint and seeking talented individuals to join our team in the Boston Metro region.


Position: Integrated Security Systems Sales

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as an Integrated Security Systems Sales Leader. While prior experience in the security industry is preferred, it is not required. The ideal candidate will possess strong networking skills and a proven track record of developing new client relationships. This role involves selling security systems and installation technician services to clients focused on securing their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new client relationships within the integrated security systems sector.

- Meet annual sales quotas in a competitive environment.

- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

- Utilize networking skills to expand business opportunities.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, or CRM for efficient management of client relationships.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in the security officer services or tech industry preferred.

- Existing network in the assigned market with property owners, facility directors, and real estate asset managers.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle.

- Strong strategic and organizational skills with the adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
