Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Driver’s License (required if driving a company vehicle)
- Must have clean criminal background/ and pass drug test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Attention to detail is a plus
- 1-year security experience preferred, but not required
- Able to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as ability to ascend and descend stairs with loads up to 50 lbs
- Proficiency with computers, and aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Able to answer phones and/or operate a 2-way radio
- Impeccable character/integrity
