Compensation: $23.15 Wed-Fri 1400-2200

Primary Responsibilities
- Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders.
- Respond to reasonable business-related customer service requests, which are non-security related.
- Respond to security-related complaints
- Work under the general supervision of the Site Supervisor, Field Manager, and Account Manager.
- Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and patrons.
- Respond to emergency calls including medical, fire, and damage to property.
- Use two-way hand-held radio to communicate with supervisors or other officers.
- Remain alert and vigilant while on duty
- Assist other officers in a team-oriented environment.
- Assists the lobby console operator as needed
- Provides security presence and visibility throughout the complex
- Responds to calls for assistance
- Is a first responder in all building emergencies
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old. High School graduate or equivalent.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Must possess problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions as required
- Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Exhibits and champions excellence in work
- Ability to stand in one location for long periods of time in between required breaks.
- Ability to pick up/carry a move a 20-pound stanchion/ object or equipment.
- Positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and takes initiative.
- Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
