As an Armed Lieutenant at the site you will work closely with the Program Manager to ensure all contractual obligations are met and specific post orders are followed. The Lieutenant is accountable to the Program Manager for the quality of security services being delivered, and the satisfaction of the client. Inherent in this responsibility is the supervision of all PalAmerican Security Officers assigned to the site.
This position will be filled on or around 5/20/2024

Payrate : $28.00 / hour

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Check in with the newly assigned security officers to ensure they are adequately ready to perform their assignment.
Liaise with security officers on a regular basis to ensure job satisfaction and show support.
Ensures there are adequate number of cross-trained officers to cover any unforeseen emergencies or staffing level crises.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Maintain the security and safety of the hospital community
Patrol the facility, ensuring the continual safety and security of all hospital staff, patients and visitors
Maintain a physical presence within the hospital facility, serving as a visible deterrent to illegal activity
Positively contribute to the overall patient experience by providing superior customer care
Provide an empathetic approach to managing patient aggression
Provide supervision for at-risk patients
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma
GED or Higher Education Diploma
