Unity Building Security is Seeking Full Time  Security Field Supervisor The primary purpose and responsibility of a Security Field Supervisor includes enforcing all Rules and Regulations that of a Security Officer.  The Field Supervisor will assist with the day-to-day operational and administrative activities to ensure the office and field accounts are operating with maximum efficiency. The Selected canidate must work week ends. The primary tour will be the day shift.

Starting Hourly Rate: $20.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• Valid NYS Security Guard license
• HS /GED
• Min' 2 years of security experience, supervisor experience highly preferred
• Valid NYS driver's license plus 2 years of driving experience 
• Clean Driving History for the last 3 Years
• Excellant Computer Skills
• Work additional hours if requested
• Abe to follow instructions and excute instructions as provided
• Working Schedule include weekends and Holiday as mandated.
• Obtain FDNY CoF F-01 and F-04 within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company Code of Conduct, Policies, Procedures, and Safety Protocols and assure compliance of each by all field assigned subordinates.
• Complete site checks and document/record findings via computerized application.
• Inspect field assigned personnel to ensure Handbook Policies and Post Orders are followed.
• Inspect worksites for safety hazards and risk to security staff.
• Investigate and complete reports related to incidents and/or accidents.
• Coach employees and administer disciplinary actions, as necessary at the direction of Director
• Stand post when a suitable security officer cannot be scheduled due to call offs, no-call, no-show, vacations, holidays, etc., but never to exceed more than fifty percent (50%) of time in any given workweek.
• Respond to any/all communications regarding call-off or no-show in accordance with Company policy..
• Prepare, discuss, and implement disciplinary notices and corrective actions.
• Evaluate service quality, inspect posts, and initiate corrective action in a timely manner.
• Participate in security officer performance reviews. Make recommendations for placement of personnel.
• Meet with operations management for status updates and to address actual or potential problems; provide support during client start-ups; provide input to security planning, assessments and surveys; review post orders and communicate requirements and changes to affected personnel.
• Maintain a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure that subordinate staff members and field assigned personnel understand and comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform tasks and/or additional duties as required or requested by Company.
