OUR MISSION

The mission of Marina Security Services is to unobtrusively provide our clients and the communities within which they operate with a safe and secure facility without disrupting their ability to operate their business in the way they desire to achieve their business objectives.

• Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates, and facilities personnel. 
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions which may create a safety hazard. 
• Must be able to write English neatly, completing all required logs, checklist, and reports in a timely manner using good grammar and punctuation. 
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete; maintain all daily assigned equipment in functional and presentable condition. 
• Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required.
• Prepare incident reports detailing all information and actions taken to address conditions or emergencies. 
• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property via foot and/or vehicle.
• Monitor surveillance equipment; inspect building, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
• Must be able to be alert and orientated at all times while duty.
•   Must be able to respond to emergency situations correctly and with confidence.
• Perform multiple tasks in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to conform to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems.
• Must be able to work harmoniously and effectively alone, follow directions, and maintains composure under stress. 
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. 
• Must be able to function in all types of weather environments.
