Prosegur Security is looking for Part Time (Floater) Front Desk Security Officers in the Bloomington, IL area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. The starting pay is $18.00. Prosegur is one of the largest security providers in the world. We are looking for Security professionals who want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.

We are looking for a Security Front Desk Officer with exceptional customer service skills to join the prosegur team! If you have experience in being a liaison between clients and guests, you should apply for this position. Front desk experience is required at least 1 year and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
Resolve or redirect resident/client complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.
Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
Report maintenance or equipment problems to the appropriate personnel
Multitasking in a fast-paced setting
Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients/residents.
